Look for these changes coming in September to the Group Fitness Schedule
- 15 minute Abs on Monday will move to 5:15pm
- Booty Camp (Mondays) and Body Blast (Wednesdays) will move to 5:30pm
- Zumba on Monday/Wednesdays will move to 6:15pm
- Yoga on Tuesday/Thursdays will move to 5:30pm
- TRX on Tuesday/Thursdays will move to 6:30pm
Hopefully these changes will allow our valued members more time to get here after work and enjoy their favorite classes!
All water classes will move from 8am to 9am.
