I have been married for 20 years and I am a mother of 5 children. Within our family, we live a healthy and active lifestyle and have found that fitness can be fun and enjoyable. I love what I do and I can’t wait to share it with you! I have successfully implemented fitness and nutrition in my life for the last 25 years.
I believe you are capable of so much more than you give yourself credit for, and will help you find that inner strength and help you learn to love yourself and fitness! If you are ready to stop feeling tired and unhealthy, TODAY IS THE DAY TO CHANGE!
During our time together, I will discuss your individual health and fitness goals. What are your personal goals? Lifestyle change? Weight loss? Ideal physique? Building muscle? Cardio endurance? Whatever your goals may be, we can reach them together. I will also complete a professional assessment to pinpoint your strengths and areas that you would like to improve and build on. With this information, I will design a one-of-a-kind program that will include the things you personally need. This may be a workout program, nutrition guidance, personal training sessions and consultations. It doesn’t matter what your fitness experience has been to this point: I will design a program that fits in your life and will change as you change.

I am an avid bodybuilder and weight training enthusiast. I have competed as a figure competitor at the national level earning multiple trophies and I am passionate about strengthening the human body for all aspects of life. I believe all people are capable of personal greatness but it takes motivation, dedication and drive.
If you feel unfocused at the gym, if you’re not quite sure of yourself or if you are simply finding it difficult to reach your goals I am here to help. I understand firsthand the struggles that come with losing weight and how hard it can be to reach your goals. I also understand how to get you to the results you want and I’ll do it by focusing on more than just your workout.
Being a mother of two children I know how hard it is to overcome the “post baby” body. I have worked through the challenges we face as mothers and built my body back from scratch. Time is a factor for most mothers and I can design programs to work with you in and out of the gym that will allow you to feel good in your body again.
Guys, don’t be intimidated by the pretty face, I know you have personal goals as well. I have trained with male athletes from bodybuilders to power lifters, strongman competitors to MMA fighters and can help you achieve the results you’re after. There is a science behind building muscle and strength, or developing your speed and explosive power. I’m willing and ready to train you as well and can design personalized programs that will help you achieve the growth and development you are looking for.

Fitness and health have always been a part of my life. Exercise should be a part of a healthy lifestyle, not your entire life. I love to spend time outdoors running, hiking, skiing and camping. I have found that time in the gym helps me to do the activities I love. Let me show you how health and wellness can become a part of your life, and how to find that balance. With that in mind, my goal is to educate individuals how to incorporate health, exercise, and good nutrition into a lifelong lifestyle.
As the Fitness Coordinator I strive to make sure that all our guests and members receive the tools they need to reach their goals. I know that for some, the gym is a new place and can be overwhelming. Here at the Hot Springs, we aim to make everyone feel comfortable. Our team is here to help you reach your goals. Each of our fitness professionals have specialties and skills to help reach your goals in an encouraging environment. Everyone has different fitness and health goals and we offer a variety of group training programs, group fitness classes and personal training to help you reach those goals. Living an active lifestyle has always been a priority of mine growing up and continues to this day. Whether it be conventional training in the gym, a hike in the mountains, backcountry snowboarding, or playing my drums, I love to push the limits of my body and mind and have seen the positive results that it yields. I believe that one of the biggest obstacles to overcome in fitness is not the lack of information, but information overload, and simply knowing where to begin.
