I have been married for 18 years and I am a mother of 5 children. Within our family, we live a healthy and active lifestyle and have found that fitness can be fun and enjoyable. I love what I do and I can’t wait to share it with you! I have successfully implemented fitness and nutrition in my life for the last 25 years.

I believe you are capable of so much more than you give yourself credit for, and will help you find that inner strength and help you learn to love yourself and fitness! If you are ready to stop feeling tired and unhealthy, TODAY IS THE DAY TO CHANGE!

During our time together, I will discuss your individual health and fitness goals. What are your personal goals? Lifestyle change? Weight loss? Ideal physique? Building muscle? Cardio endurance? Whatever your goals may be, we can reach them together. I will also complete a professional assessment to pinpoint your strengths and areas that you would like to improve and build on. With this information, I will design a one-of-a-kind program that will include the things you personally need. This may be a workout pro­gram, nutrition guidance, personal training sessions and consultations. It doesn’t matter what your fitness experience has been to this point: I will design a program that fits in your life and will change as you change.

So what is the difference between people who desire to be fit and those who actually are fit? From my years of training as a basketball and football player, not to mention my experience as a personal trainer, I can assure you that there are no shortcuts. That said, there are a few secrets. The first is to partner with someone who knows how to get you where you want to go, to be yoked, as it were, with someone who’s first priority is your success. If you believe as I do that your workouts/efforts should be functional and productive, smart and wise, then allow me to help you become the best YOU that you can be!
