I have been married for 20 years and I am a mother of 5 children. Within our family, we live a healthy and active lifestyle and have found that fitness can be fun and enjoyable. I love what I do and I can’t wait to share it with you! I have successfully implemented fitness and nutrition in my life for the last 25 years.
I believe you are capable of so much more than you give yourself credit for, and will help you find that inner strength and help you learn to love yourself and fitness! If you are ready to stop feeling tired and unhealthy, TODAY IS THE DAY TO CHANGE!
During our time together, I will discuss your individual health and fitness goals. What are your personal goals? Lifestyle change? Weight loss? Ideal physique? Building muscle? Cardio endurance? Whatever your goals may be, we can reach them together. I will also complete a professional assessment to pinpoint your strengths and areas that you would like to improve and build on. With this information, I will design a one-of-a-kind program that will include the things you personally need. This may be a workout program, nutrition guidance, personal training sessions and consultations. It doesn’t matter what your fitness experience has been to this point: I will design a program that fits in your life and will change as you change.

Fitness and health have always been a part of my life. With that in mind, my goal is to educate individuals how to incorporate health, exercise, and good nutrition into a lifelong lifestyle. As the Fitness coordinator I strive to make sure that all our guests and members receive the tools they need to reach their goals. We are all have different fitness and health goals and The Bozeman Hot Springs offers a variety of training programs, group fitness classes and personal training.
