I have been married for 20 years and I am a mother of 5 children. Within our family, we live a healthy and active lifestyle and have found that fitness can be fun and enjoyable. I love what I do and I can’t wait to share it with you! I have successfully implemented fitness and nutrition in my life for the last 25 years.

During our time together, I will discuss your individual health and fitness goals. What are your personal goals? Lifestyle change? Weight loss? Ideal physique? Building muscle? Cardio endurance? Whatever your goals may be, we can reach them together. I will also complete a professional assessment to pinpoint your strengths and areas that you would like to improve and build on. With this information, I will design a one-of-a-kind program that will include the things you personally need. This may be a workout pro­gram, nutrition guidance, personal training sessions and consultations. It doesn’t matter what your fitness experience has been to this point: I will design a program that fits in your life and will change as you change.

I am an avid bodybuilder and weight training enthusiast. I have competed as a figure competitor at the national level earning multiple trophies and I am passionate about strengthening the human body for all aspects of life. I believe all people are capable of personal greatness but it takes motivation, dedication and drive.

If you feel unfocused at the gym, if you’re not quite sure of yourself or if you are simply finding it difficult to reach your goals I am here to help. I understand firsthand the struggles that come with losing weight and how hard it can be to reach your goals. I also understand how to get you to the results you want and I’ll do it by focusing on more than just your workout.

Being a mother of two children I know how hard it is to overcome the “post baby” body. I have worked through the challenges we face as mothers and built my body back from scratch. Time is a factor for most mothers and I can design programs to work with you in and out of the gym that will allow you to feel good in your body again.

Guys, don’t be intimidated by the pretty face, I know you have personal goals as well. I have trained with male athletes from bodybuilders to power lifters, strongman competitors to MMA fighters and can help you achieve the results you’re after. There is a science behind building muscle and strength, or developing your speed and explosive power. I’m willing and ready to train you as well and can design personalized programs that will help you achieve the growth and development you are looking for.

With that in mind, my goal is to educate individuals how to incorporate health, exercise, and good nutrition into a lifelong lifestyle.  As the Fitness coordinator I strive to make sure that all our guests and members receive the tools they need to reach their goals. Physical training is one of the most effective tools to build confidence in the body. Once I experienced the benefits of regular strength and endurance training I decided to dedicate my life to making this work available to others.

I started my career in 2001 as a wilderness guide, having received training from Outward Bound. For six years I led multi-sport wilderness trips in Europe, South America, China, Tibet, British Columbia and the American West. My passion has always been working with people. This passion translates directly into my work as a Personal Trainer.

I coach individuals to develop a base of fitness and go beyond what they thought possible. We all have the capacity to express strength and determination in our lives. Our greatest virtues sometimes lie beneath the surface. Through physical training I help individuals tap unfulfilled potential and express it across the rest of the lives with family, friends, at work and in recreation.

I believe consistency is the key and I coach individuals from any level of fitness to reach their goals for performance, body composition, and to improve mood, focus, and mental clarity. I train for endurance events such as the GORUCK Challenge and I enjoy passing on lessons I have learned through training.

Movement is a natural part of life and I look forward to helping you develop an exercise routine that supports your health and vitality!
