Water Conditioning

Deep-water aerobics offers an effective way to exercise without incurring the impact of land-based exercise. Working in a suspended state makes any pool workout more challenging than shallow-water work. Average class time is 45 minutes


This class uses an invigorating flow of movement in breathe, posture, and music, creating a practice that opens, heals, detoxifies, exhilarates and challenges the body. Each session will include postures that build strength, awareness, balance and positive energy. Modifications offered. Bring mat, towel, water, an open mind and open heart. Namaste!


Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students. Classes range from 30 minutes-60 minutes

Power Pump

A 45 minute to 1 hour cardiovascular strength-training class designed to build lean muscle and provide a results-oriented whole body workout. Build and sculpt muscles, strengthen your core, improve your strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories by using just one set of dumbbells. You will gain strength, balance, flexibility and endurance while focusing on total body health.

Group Spinning

This is a group indoor cycling class using changes in resistance and cadence in efforts to simulate an outdoor ride. The class is designed to challenge both beginners and advanced riders. Typical class time is 45 minutes to 1 hour with a warm up and cool down. Classes will vary in cardio fitness level (strength, interval, endurance) at instructor’s discretion.

Water fitness

Moving in the water offers an effective way to exercise without incurring the impact of land based exercise. The warm water makes the class joint friendly and will increase you mobility, flexibility, balance and coordination.

Cardio Chisel

A circuit style class mixing muscular strength exercises with cardio.  Incorporating, intervals, TRX,  Bosu, medicine balls.  All ability’s are welcome.  The training method is all about finding your edge and taking it to the next level.


Strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance. A variety of intensity options are given for beginner to advanced. Learn the skills and principles of Pilates to work deeper in the core and create quality movement.

Booty Camp

This high energy class focuses on toning the lower body while keeping your heart rate up. This 45 minute class is designed to be efficient, fun and challenging.

TRX Cardio Blast

 TRX leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself. This class implements cardio and fundamental exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.By participating you will join the latest rage in the fitness industry.
